As your keyholder, we ensure your keys are secured in our high security volt in the our offices. In addition to that the building is alarmed in both where the safe is kept and all windows and doors. The building is also fully covered by CCTV and is manned 24hrs a day.
At the start of evening and weekend duties mobile security personals will sign out keys ready for their duties. The keys are then put onto a jailer’s ring which is then place into our “security vans safe” (These safes are bolted into the vans floor.) We only use the best safes on the market so that we have done everything we can to ensure the safe transport of our keys. Our safes are safe tested to BS7558:92. High security 7 lever Key lock. 100% Police approved.
In the event of an alarm activation our nearest mobile patrol officer can attend, therefore reducing time spent collecting keys from a central point. Also we pride ourselves on being the most secure security company around with how we go about our day to day running of our business. Unlike a lot of security companies who have a box next to the driver with both clients’ keys and assignment instructions with alarm codes, we have spent time and money putting together a system that keeps both the clients’ keys and alarm codes safe and secure so that they are not compromised.

Used in conjunction with our tracker and GPS reporting system we can provide a full three way auditing keyholding service as proof of service of excellence. We have signed up with a company called ‘Over-C’ who supply us with the software and hardware for our tagging system. This software gives both us and our clients view of where is being checked with a time and date. This is then instantly uploaded onto the system for view at any time for both us and the client who has their own log in password. Response is the key to damage limitation. The sooner we arrive the less chance of unnecessary loss or disruption.
